Mayfield Village is getting a brand new park at the corner of George Gray Drive and Earlham Road! The park is slated for completion by the end of the year, and will feature multiple swings for kids of all ages, an elevated sandbox, and a full playground with two slides! Its central location is just a block north of Inspire Boulevard, and that means all the residents of Mayfield Village will be able to take their kids and enjoy everything this new park will have to offer.
This new park’s wide variety of play areas will give all kids between the ages of 18 months and 12 years old something to love. But that’s not all. Mayfield Village has also thought of the parents as well. There will be numerous benches scattered strategically around the park where parents can sit, relax, and enjoy the natural sights and sounds of Mayfield Village.
This park will also provide a solution for days when the sun is beating down and creating record temperatures. At the north end of the park, just beyond the play area (which is layered with fall absorbing material by the way), there will be a large, free-standing gazebo where park-goers can bask in the cool shade it provides.
