The cold weather didn’t deter the many excited buyers for Mayfield Village’s Preview Opening weekend. The parking lot overflowed out onto both sides of Mayfield Road and buyers were lined up in front of the sales centres early in the morning to get the first preview of lots and home offerings from five of the GTA’s most reputable builders.
Aspen Ridge, CountryWide, Greenpark, Marycroft and Regalcrest Homes all had an impressive line up of home sizes and styles available. From urban and classic towns to semi-detached homes and a variety of single homes to choose from, Mayfield Village has something for everyone.
If opening weekend sales were any indication, Mayfield Village will be a very popular community. The sales centres were lined up throughout the day with many people commenting on the unique village-style layout of the community.
The heart of the community will feature unique live-work residences creating a modern urban streetscape feel that blends seamlessly into the neighbourhood where residents can stroll the main street and stop for a coffee at the local café, shop and pick up their dry cleaning, all within walking distance of their new home.
Mayfield Village harkens back to a simpler time when the village setting was the hub for all of its residents, their needs and activities. The Presentation Centre is now open for regular hours Monday thru Thursday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Closed on Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Mayfield Village is located just East of Highway 410 and will extend from Dixie Road to Bramalea Road and from Mayfield Road on the northern border to Countryside Road at its southern border.
